You wanna have one ? You will first need to create a Real estate company (/e create, you need $15k), a company that can loan its plots. Every 3 months the staff organizes auctions to buy the 6 different plots of the spawn. Be the last to auction and you will be able to buy one.
After that, you can loan your plot to a casino company and gain $$$ !
