Ruby's staff and RP

On Nationglory, the staff team offers a range of assistance levels (Helper, Moderator, etc.) to help players. But what is their purpose? I will be revealing today on Ng Ruby News the purpose of staff members and how to contact them! From the lowest rank to the highest rank, here are the staff roles for each server:

Journalists

The journal is the ruby's only roleplay for the moment. They post articles, like this one, UN recaps, and make video projects.

Helpers

The helpers are here to guide new and old players by answering their questions, in game and on discord.

Moderators Test

The ModT have moderate the chat by giving out sanctions. Additionally, they enforce complaints and war requests in the forum and can monitor attacks with a Mod+.

Confirmed Moderators

The confirmed Moderators do the same as the ModT but can do lawsuits and assault monitoring alone.

Moderators +

Their tasks are almost the same as the Moderators, but they can also do routines to spectate players and check if they aren’t doing anything wrong. They are also supposed to help and train the mod tests. And finally, they can start events.

Super-Moderators

SuperMods or Sm can do all the Mod stuff, but they are no longer considered as players. They have almost full access to the commands and server. They are the ones who create events, projects and also take care of all the RP roles. They are also supposed to form and interview future staffs. As OPs on their respective servers, they are able to handle any issues that do not require Administrator approval or intervention. They are here to maintain the server and do weekly/daily tasks, such as Ratings or regen maps. They also have full access to the logs of the server. They answer questions that the moderators cannot answer.

Administrators

They manage their server and the whole staff. The server decisions are mostly taken by them. They take care of stuff that the supermods can’t do.

Admin Managers

They Manage all the admins of all the nationglory servers. They also reply to ticket supports, take care of interserver bans and answer questions whenever a admin can’t.

Founders

They are in charge of the game and of all its servers.
