Hello,
I'm here to submit the forum post of my alliance. Please note that the following rules are for guidance only and may be modified by the founders at any time. Furthermore, it is only on Ruby and Pink.

• Clause n°1 : Alliance countries pledge not to rip each other off.
  
  
• Clause n°2 : No war (except by treaty and with the agreetment of one of the founders) is permitted.
  
  
• Clause n°3 : To facilitate intra-alliance trade, a discount of 10% of the total sale price is requested between alliance members (with the exception of /hdv, which will be for international trade).
  
  
• Clause n°4 : As soon as the alliance entry process is officialized, you'll need to enter "[UPC]" in your country description.
  
  
• Clause n°5 : You can borrow money from the bank of the alliance with one of the member countries, but this will be under the protection of a treaty.
  
  
• Clause n°6 : The price for entry in the alliance is set at $10,000, to be shared between the 2 founding countries of Ruby: $5,000 to Kuwait and $5,000 to Malaysia.
  
  

If any of its clauses are breached, the offending country will be obliged to pay 4 times the latest ratings, and is liable to be kicked out of the alliance.
