Mandatory pattern for absences + info on absences

As you approach an exam or vacation it is important to properly report your absence.
A properly reported absence can prevent your country's disband.

To do this, you must follow the following scheme otherwise the absence will not be taken into account:

In the title :

- "Your country" - "Your nickname (IG)" Only

In the text :

- Your nickname: (In Game) (required)
- Your country: (in text and in title) (required)
- Your rank: in country (required)
- Your reason for absence: (required)
- The time of your absence: (required)
- The end date of your absence: (required)
- Mandatory tag of all the members of the server staff i.e. Administrator(s) and SuperMod(s)

Rules :

The only two valid reasons are exams or vacations.
Absences due to ban will not be taken into account.
Absences for X reasons will not be taken into account either. It is up to you to organize yourself and to put a trusted person in charge of your country.

The scenarios in case of absences not reported / not compliant are :

- AFK leader (more than 15 days), but active officer --> the leader is passed to an officer of the country (choice only of the staff)
- AFK leader (more than 15 days), AFK officer (more than 15 days) --> country disband.

Of course there is no disband in principle during the vacations, but if there is a lack of country (which happens very often) for the creations of country, the people of the countries (AFK of more than 15 days) not having made messages of absences will be disband without close notice.
The countries not having 6 members after 7 days will be disbanded (Holidays or not). Absence MAX 2 months big maximum.
