As see with @nikolas543, the following stuff need to be refund:

• 12 healings potions;
• 2 eco boots;
• 2 volcanite helmet;
• 1 desh chestplate;
• 1 desh leggings;
• 10 golden Apple;
• 42 enderpearls;
• 2 empty can;
• 2 energy can;
• 1 speed leggings;
• 17 steaks;
• 4 empty bottles;
• 1 P90 and 2 P90 loaders;
• 1 onyx bow;
• 1 speed potion;
• 3 backpacks.

Also, the trap need to be remove from Sardania
