You are currently lacking proof to accuse @starnour076 of this lawsuits, since we don't have a clear timestamp of the events which occured. Also, we only see the message in chat of you getting killed. There is too many things that are unclear in this lawsuits.
Your lawsuit is therefore denied, unless if in the following 48hours, you can provide us more proof.
