Hello,
I am posting this lawsuit at the account of @beladesh, who accuses @diamondcity1568 of doing the following illegal act: hit a mod in duty.
He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.
The victim describes the act with these exact words:
"i was spectating the assault of Canada against Haiti and diamondcity come from nowhere and hit me for no reason"
To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:

Hello,
According to the Codex and the Ruby's Internal Rules, this
lawsuit is officially accepted.
The criminal @diamondcity1568
has done the following illegal act : Murder of a Moderator on
duty
Rule Reference: Codex: 3.11.2 ♦ Killing a staff member while he/she is on duty is prohibited.
@diamondcity1568,
from Quebec, has to pay a
fine of 5000$ and will get
3 hours of
jail.
The
fine will be shared : 50 % to
the UN and 50 % to the victim
@beladesh from
Socotra.

Do not forget to screen to
have a proof.
The fine has to be paid by the criminal within the 7 days delay (with a screen timestamped with the double F2 underneath this lawsuit), up to 01/29/2023. After this delay, the UN representors will double and take by force the fine.
The criminal has a 3 days delay to do a court of appeal, if he/she disagrees with the verdict given by the UN spokesperson. After this delay, the court of appeal will be automaticly refused.

Bro is standing infont of an assault so me, @diamondcity1568 went to pvp and @beladesh were just afk here so i hit him 1 time and the leave him alone.
So why should i go to jail while this fucking lost guy were afk belong a pvp assault and crying of being hitted one time.
