Hello,
I am posting this lawsuit at the account of @napoleonez, who accuses @adam3 of doing the following illegal act: Combat Claiming.
He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.
The victim describes the act with these exact words:
"adam3 kill me in my country"
To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:

Im short on time today so i wont write alot
According to when fighting in claimed teritory:
Netrual coutnry - server will prevent you from killing And will say "You can only attack them in thier claims while in war"
Tuva and djibouti are in war
So the block of the non pvp in thier claims didnt worked and i killed him
First fix your server and then blame your players
The servers and the admins are not cordinated
The whole accident is on the server to blame and the devs
Another thing:
According to guide @beladesh and super mod @Theprof10Toir combat claiming is when you claim and fight someone
Which means that this whole accusations is rotten from the core, And a probabaly attempt to bring me down
Which will not happen :)
