Lawsuit #350: Non respect of a treaty by diamondcity1568 on PolariX_YT

Hello,

I am posting this lawsuit at the account of @PolariX_YT, who accuses @diamondcity1568 of doing the following illegal act: Non respect of a treaty.

He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.

The victim describes the act with these exact words:

"diamondcity1568 did an act of betrayl, he sign the T.R.C treaty that say " 6- Alliance members are prohibited of scamming and betraying each other. 7- In the case of a scam or bretrayal, the criminal will have the sanction for non-compliance with the treaty, but will also have to refund the stuff." What he does is that he gave his company named "TimorFarming" to our ennemy to give them level for they're country's."

To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:
