Hello,
I am posting this lawsuit at the account of @XxW, who accuses @Skeppy of doing the following illegal act: Abuse of Nether Portals Not in Assault + Blocked Nether Portal.
He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.
The victim describes the act with these exact words:
"he put 5 portals in the nether to use bug my bunker"
To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:

In order to provide a few additional details :
After verification and supporting image, so there were four portals.
First image, the result of an attempted nether portal not far from my BK.
Second images, three portals in one small space, including a visibly destroyed portal.
Third image proving Skeppy's guilt, as this fourth portal was designed to enter another BK a little further on.
I'm rather surprised by this unwise move, especially coming from a guide. 🥴
I don't know whether other portals have been made or not, as I haven't checked the upper and lower layers.

I don't understand the point of quoting article 5.4.6 of CODEX because there was no assault between me and you.
It's easy to say that only one portal was built, when in fact my images show three portals within a perimeter of 15-20 blocks.

According to the Codex and the Ruby's Internal Rules, this
lawsuit is officially accepted.
The criminal @Skeppy has
done the following illegal act : Abuse of Nether Portal in Assault + Blocked
Nether Portal
Rule Reference: Codex: 5.5.7 ♦ You are only allowed one nether portal placement attempt per assault (in order to access a bunker for example). Understand that if the placed portal is broken on the main map, the spawn of another portal in the same assault will make it illegal.
3.3 ♦ It is forbidden to block a nether portal. You must allow room for players to exit so that they can type a command.
@Skeppy, from
VictoriaIsland, has to pay a
fine of 17500$ and will get
3 hours of
jail.
The
fine will be shared : 50 % to
the UN and 50 % to the victim
@XxW from
Mexico.

Do not forget to screen to
have a proof.
The fine has to be paid by the criminal within the 7 days delay (with a screen timestamped with the double F2 underneath this lawsuit), up to 12/15/2023. After this delay, the UN representors will double and take by force the fine.
The criminal has a 3 days delay to do a court of appeal, if he/she disagrees with the verdict given by the UN spokesperson. After this delay, the court of appeal will be automaticly refused.
