Lawsuit #332: non respect of a treaty by Alex321 and _kirikou_ on Shrek1252

Hello,
I am posting this lawsuit at the account of @Shrek1252, who accuses @Alex321, @_kirikou_ of doing the following illegal act: non respect of a treathy.
He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.
The victim describes the act with these exact words:
"he stole our hole refill"
To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:

According to the Codex and the Ruby's Internal Rules, this
lawsuit is officially accepted.
The criminal @alex321 has
done the following illegal act : Non-Compliance of a treaty
Rule Reference: Codex: 4.5 ♦ It is possible for country leaders to establish special treaties.It is possible for the leaders of countries to establish specific treaties for their wars and or within the framework of a partnership, in the category of war and alliance of the forum. (The UN validates and sanctions in the case of non-compliance with these treaties).
@alex321, from
Cyprus, has to pay a fine of
15000$ and will get
3 hours of
jail.
The
fine will be shared : 50 % to
the UN and 50 % to the victim
@shrek1252 from
Tomsk.

Do not forget to screen to
have a proof.
The fine has to be paid by the criminal within the 7 days delay (with a screen timestamped with the double F2 underneath this lawsuit), up to 09/20/2023. After this delay, the UN representors will double and take by force the fine.
The criminal has a 3 days delay to do a court of appeal, if he/she disagrees with the verdict given by the UN spokesperson. After this delay, the court of appeal will be automaticly refused.
