Lawsuit #273: Murder of a Moderator on Duty by 101ms on Adam3

Hello,
I am posting this lawsuit at the account of @Adam3, who accuses @101ms of doing the following illegal act: Murder of a Moderator on Duty.
He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.
The victim describes the act with these exact words:
"101ms killed Adam3 while he was in spectating in assualt of luxembourg VS tanzania"
To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:

Your lawsuit is on hold for the following reason : you need to
do /f f of the countries and no the /f p don't forget to double
screen to see that date.
You have to give the missing elements within the next 48h or
the lawsuit will be refused.

Hello,
According to the Codex and the Ruby's Internal Rules, this
lawsuit is officially accepted.
The criminal @101ms has
done the following illegal act : Murder of a Moderator on
duty
Rule Reference: Codex: 3.11.2 ♦ Killing a staff member while he/she is on duty is prohibited.
@101ms, from
WallisEtFutana, has to pay a
fine of 5000$ and will get
3 hours of
jail.
The
fine will be shared : 50 % to
the UN and 50 % to the victim
@Adam3 from
Djibouti.

Do not forget to screen to
have a proof.
The criminal will also have to refund the stuff below to the victim:
The fine has to be paid by the criminal within the 7 days delay (with a screen timestamped with the double F2 underneath this lawsuit), up to 08/02/2023. After this delay, the UN representors will double and take by force the fine.
The criminal has a 3 days delay to do a court of appeal, if he/she disagrees with the verdict given by the UN spokesperson. After this delay, the court of appeal will be automaticly refused.
