Lawsuit #237: Murder of a Moderator on Duty by LOUTIP12 and DGEN_Predator on Julien81

Hello,

I am posting this lawsuit at the account of @Julien81, who accuses @LOUTIP12, @DGEN_Predator of doing the following illegal act: Murder of a Moderator on Duty.

He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.

The victim describes the act with these exact words:

"I was spectating the assault of Tomsk vs Somalia when DGEN_Predator killed me. I returned near to zone to continue my duty when LOUTIP killed me."

To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:

Hello,

According to the Codex and the Ruby's Internal Rules, this lawsuit is officially accepted.
The criminal @LOUTP12 has done the following illegal act : Murder of a Moderator on duty

Rule Reference: Codex: 3.11.2 ♦ Killing a staff member while he/she is on duty is prohibited.

@LOUTP12, from Tomsk, has to pay a fine of 5000$ and will get 3 hours of jail.
The fine will be shared : 50 % to the UN and 50 % to the victim @Julien81 from NewGuinea.

(/econ bank deposit UN 2500)
(/pay Julien81 2500)
Do not forget to screen to have a proof.

The criminal will also have to refund the stuff below to the victim:

The fine has to be paid by the criminal within the 7 days delay (with a screen timestamped with the double F2 underneath this lawsuit), up to 06/27/2023. After this delay, the UN representors will double and take by force the fine.

The criminal has a 3 days delay to do a court of appeal, if he/she disagrees with the verdict given by the UN spokesperson. After this delay, the court of appeal will be automaticly refused.
