Lawsuit #202: Illegal Missile by KingBob_ on AGodless
Hello,
I am posting this lawsuit at the account of @AGodless, who accuses @KingBob_ of doing the following illegal act: Illegal Missile.
He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.
The victim describes the act with these exact words:
"Kingbob used a redmatter against us without any builds (it cannot be revenge because it's not like a t4 where you dont need builds to launch back)"
To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:

Hello,
According to the Codex and the Ruby's Internal Rules, this
lawsuit is officially accepted.
The criminal @KingBob_ has
done the following illegal act : Illegal Missile
Rule Reference: Codex: 4.12.4 ♦ Autonuke (launching a missile at your own country) is prohibited except for a decorative purpose and after validation by an administrator during a UN. OR Codex: 4.12.8 ♦ Your country must meet certain conditions in order to fire missiles (e.g. having a minimum part of your country being built). Because of this, it is best to inquire with your server to find out these different conditions. OR Codex: 5.6.2 ♦ A country with a missile hole is not allowed to launch missiles, except for T4 holes as long as the effects are active (and you have enough builds left). However, there is a 3H delay after the end of the assault, during which the country can continue to retaliate against missiles. To do so, you must launch the assault during which the retaliation will take place before this delay expires. This delay of replication for a tnt minecart is 24 hours.

If they were any damages, the victim can ask for a rollback to
the staff.
The fine has to be paid by the criminal within the 7 days delay (with a screen timestamped with the double F2 underneath this lawsuit), up to 06/16/2023. After this delay, the UN representors will double and take by force the fine.
The criminal has a 3 days delay to do a court of appeal, if he/she disagrees with the verdict given by the UN spokesperson. After this delay, the court of appeal will be automaticly refused.
