Hello,
I am posting this lawsuit at the account of my client, @cedyfatty, who accuses @iTz_berzerk of doing the following illegal act: Usebug.
He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.
The victim describes the act with these exact words:
"I wanted to confirm the machine rates and he tried to usebug to get to me and get in"
To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:

you tried multiple times to follow me into where the machines and rewards were it is why is went up some blocks to get in but you usebuged to follow me
There’s no proof that I’ve usebugged before and and if you had any you could just have just told me to stop, I was just trying to see if you were being honest with me

I'll not process this lawsuit because it concerned my casino.
FYI, I own the casino. In facts, only moderators are owning the casino (Uniik2000, me and cedyfatty). If there's someone you can trust, that's the moderators.

According to the Codex and the Ruby's Internal Rules, this
lawsuit is officially accepted.
The criminal @iTz_berserk
has done the following illegal act : UseBug
Rule Reference: Codex: 1.9 ♦ Cheating (Duplication, xRay, SpeedHack, PVP assistance or any other kind of assistance, Anti-Afk, F3 entities, ...) is totally forbidden, by using them, you could expose yourself to a permanent ban on our servers. Any technique allowing to have any visibility through one or several blocks is considered as using the xRay mod and is forbidden. Also, any type of usebug is prohibited.
@iTz_berserk,
from VictoriaIsland, has to
pay a fine of 15000$ and will
get 3 hours of
jail.
The
fine will be shared : 50 % to
the UN and 50 % to the victim

Do not forget to screen to
have a proof.
The fine has to be paid by the criminal within the 7 days delay (with a screen timestamped with the double F2 underneath this lawsuit), up to 10/17/2022. After this delay, the UN representors will double and take by force the fine.
The criminal has a 3 days delay to do a court of appeal, if he/she disagrees with the verdict given by the UN spokesperson. After this delay, the court of appeal will be automaticly refused.
