Lawsuit #16: Usebug by shrek1252 and Moxyy on iTz_Fr3sh
Hello,
I am posting this lawsuit at the account of my client, @iTz_Fr3sh, who accuses @shrek1252, @Moxyy of doing the following illegal act: Usebug.
He/she would like justice to be served, to prevent this from happening again and to sanction the criminal(s) for the damage caused.
The victim describes the act with these exact words:
"We were in a closed building where the only entrance and exit was the front door and we were standing next to it. They came from the left side which means they usebugged to get in"
To justify his/her claims, the victim would also like to add his/her /f f, the /f f of the criminal(s) and the following proofs:

According to the Codex and the Ruby's Internal Rules, this
lawsuit is officially accepted.
The criminal @Moxyy has
done the following illegal act : UseBug + kill
Rule Reference: Codex: 1.9 ♦ Cheating (Duplication, xRay, SpeedHack, PVP assistance or any other kind of assistance, Anti-Afk, F3 entities, ...) is totally forbidden, by using them, you could expose yourself to a permanent ban on our servers. Any technique allowing to have any visibility through one or several blocks is considered as using the xRay mod and is forbidden. Also, any type of usebug is prohibited.
@Moxyy, from
Italian Empire, has to pay a
fine of 20000$ and will get
3 hours of
jail.
The
fine will be shared : 50 % to
the UN and 50 % to the victim
@iTz_Fr3sh from
Coats Island.

Do not forget to screen to
have a proof.
The fine has to be paid by the criminal within the 7 days delay (with a screen timestamped with the double F2 underneath this lawsuit), up to 10/17/2022. After this delay, the UN representors will double and take by force the fine.
The criminal has a 3 days delay to do a court of appeal, if he/she disagrees with the verdict given by the UN spokesperson. After this delay, the court of appeal will be automaticly refused.

The mod wasn't used as a proof.
We checked the logs and saw that no one tped or /home to get there. Also, a mod+ checked if there were any wholes in the building and there wasn't any.
