Lawsuit #0060 Ky0 - Fijolida

Your Honor,

I come to you with thief. On July 27th 2022, player named Ky0 joined my country (Tomsk). Since he was new player who just joined to this (Ruby) server, we greeted eachother, and we talked about what he wants to do and why he joined my country. At this point i decided to show him around base (he was still a recruit and couldn't do anything), after that i made up my mind to trust him, and to trust him fully i gave him task to build a farm. He started doing it right away, but first red flag he had an enchanted dragonite pickaxe which he said he had buy for 2$ from market, and then he proceeded to ask me about my plans to conquer space. After that he  acknowledged that he knows SON_YOYO_GOKU from Latvia, but after my question why he dont want to be in his country he immediately said he wants to make a  stronger country (next red flag for me). Basicly he seemed like friendly person who didnt seemed to care that i gave him armor/food/tools etc, for quicker start and was more interested in gaining member status to have ability to open chests. 

Now lets talk about the theft.

it was near midnight (GMT +2), so, since my country was a victom of theft i wanted to turn off his ability to open chests but my first mistake was forgoting to press "save". Next, i told him to have a nice time here on server and "see you soon" and i logged off. Next day i was courious is he still in Tomsk and if my stuff is still in my storage room, so i logged in and i saw qute a frustrating view. A wall which was hiding an entrance to storage level was destroyed, my basement was bit destroyed, some stuff missing from storage (list of stuff will be lower) and mostly player Ky0 was not in Tomsk but (suprise suprise) in Latvia with his friend from discord SON_YOYO_GOKU. But thats not everything, me and my friend Gambolkf we were building underground rails system, and Ky0 griefed it by placing lots of cobblestone on the way of rails wich is qute tiresome to clear.

Ending this tiresome speach i wanted to tell that this kind of players is the worst kind on the server with griefing/theft/etc protection from outside the base. He used my kindness to new player (it was his first time on server), he abused my trust towards new players and absolutely destroy posibility for me to again trust new joiner.

Your honor, I would be extremely grateful for a positive consideration of this case as it directly affects the level of fun and immersion on this server, not only for me, but as well as others, and this plague of thiefs should be absolutely taken care of.

(If you need pictures as proof, ill try to provide them but i have some problems with saving screenshots dunno why, but i left everything in my base untouched since the incident)
