In view of the elements provided, the complaint is accepted.
Player @bigfarmer_miner indeed usebug.
@bigfarmer_miner is therefore sentenced to a fine of $15,000 and 3 hours in jail.
The fine will be split as follows: $7,500 for UN and $7,500 for @AGodless. Damages will be paid within a maximum period of 7 days (06/27/2022), if no appeal is lodged, (/econ bank deposit UN 7500 | /pay ) and to be proven with a time-stamped screen displayed here. After this time, the amount will be doubled and forcibly recovered by a SuperModerator.
Also, please see with a SuperModerator or an Admin to get back your war against Latvia.

you can see in the rules that i have the permission to leave the country and the war will be shifted to the new country. So i didn't use a usebug i just read the rules.

it. Also, in your screenshot, we can see that "The war
CAN be shifted".
If@AGodless want to use a following war on you, so Latvia will be safe and you guys need to be on neutral. But, the fact is that you tried to don't get the war.

You have to pay the fine of 15k because you tried to bypass the plugin. Actually, you were in war and you cancel it by leaving your country.
