EBT Treaty

Hello,

We are 'El buen Tabaco.' You may have already heard of our cross-server alliance by the same name or simply 'EBT.' Our alliance is powerful and consists of renowned PvP players and farmers. @uds_en_schlipp and @Ton_Pote_974 are the founders of EBT on the Ruby server. To join EBT, all you need to do is pay the entry fee defined by the founders. The founders can invite members for free.

First, here is the hierarchy of our alliance and what each role mean :

Founders ➜ You must respect their decisions, and they have full authority. They can override the laws of this alliance.

Officers ➜ You must also respect their decisions, but the rules apply to them as well. They can authorize you to launch wars between alliance countries or force the sharing of war zones.

Members of EBT countries ➜ All laws apply to them. They must respect each other. Members of EBT countries must not attack each other in war zones and during assaults; sanctions can be issued by officers and founders. The leaders of EBT countries are responsible for their recruits, but sanctions will be reviewed. All roles higher than members should be considered as members, except for their privileges.

Inter-server EBT members ➜ They come to help us in assaults or war zones, but they have the right to be in any country (enemy or not). Country leaders, being members, must ally with each other in the game. These players are not full-fledged EBT members on Ruby and do not pay the entrance fee, nor do they have the advantages of paying members.

Sanctionable behaviors are simple: disrespect of members or the rules assignated to their role. All sanctions cannot exceed the equivalent of the last 3 ratings of the concerned country. Leaving the alliance can be done smoothly; just inform the founders, and you will be removed from this treaty free of charge. This treaty will be updated each time a new country joins or left the alliance. All movement within the alliance must be notified in the post below. Alliance members are not necessarily in alliance countries; that's why their lists are specified below. All countries in the alliance must also put [EBT] in their description.

When you sign this treaty you accept all the rules and their related sanctions. The next message, is the official list of players and countries in the alliance. Any player or country not on this list or that didn't sign in a message below is therefore not part and do not have to comply to the following treaty.

All departures from the treaty are applied 48hrs after the post of the message.
