"No one should ignore the law"!

It is preferable before any sanctions to warn the player before severing. However, in some cases of extreme dissidence, warnings will not be given anymore and sanctions will be multiplied.

It is possible that some rules will be added/deleted as mods and gameplay evolve.
/!\ The rule of indulgence for new players (less than 25 hours of play) is in effect, which means a cancellation with a reminder of the rules (1 time on average).

By default, a complaint is 50% of the UN payment & 50% of the payment to the victim.

For any additional questions, the staff remains at your complete disposal in-game via the /ticket command or on TeamSpeak: ts.nationsglory.fr in the DELTA Staff queue. 

Note that a warn is only "valid" for 3 months in the punisher. This means that if you had a warn 4 months ago for a reason, you will get a warn and not a mute.

Some clarification on the sanction table:

Please note that the following is for demonstration purposes only and is not exhaustive. Everything is subject to adaptation on a case-by-case basis.

• Spam/flood: the repetitive sending (more than 2 times) of a similar message, by one or more people, in a short period of time. Flood is a sequence of words made to write: azeithziauhrtizaeuh
• Excessive capitalization: rare cases are excluded from this category and are tolerated as onomatopoeia, in a single copy, not spammed.
• Coarse language: use of vocabulary that is not appropriate for expression in a public space.
• Very coarse language: insults targeting the family or with sexual connotations
  Abusive provocation: provocation outside the game, monopolizing the public chat for some time, or a group of people targeting a player
• Concerning TeamSpeak ➔ you have the necessary tools to manage a minimum a troublemaker (mute, kick channel, password ... ), however, in case of an insistent troublemaker, the staff may be required to intervene. The lack of respect of a staff member or trolling also exposes you to sanctions.

List of the most common sanctions:

• Use of forbidden mods/software ➔ ban from 7 days to permanent depending on the mod and repeat infraction or not
  • Xray/soundpack or any other tricks leading to the same result ➔ Ban 1 year
  • Duplication ➔ Ban 1 year
  • Autoclick and other cheat ➔ Ban 6 months
  • Sanction bypass ➔ Doubled Sanction
• Usebug ➔ $10,000 and 3 hours of jail, if kill fine $20,000 with refund of stuff.
  • It is specified that if the offender committed a usebug in order to save his stuff by escaping death / Pvp, the staff reserves the right to recover his stuff to give it to the victim subject to proof.
• Assault for no reason / illegal* ➔ $10,000 fine and 3 hours in jail
• Missiles / TNT / Illegal Fire ➔ Rollback with fine in the amount of the missile adminshop price, $1,500 per excess TNT / Minecart TNT and/or $10,000 in case of fire.
• Use of any illegal commands in assault (ex: /back with no stuff) ➔ $10.000 and 3 hours of jail.
  • It is specified that if the offender committed an illegal TP in order to save his stuff by escaping death / Pvp, the staff reserves the right to recover this stuff to give it to the victim.
• Boost fs ➔ $20.000 and possible reset (partial or reset to 0) of your PvP stats
• Kill a moderator in function ➔ $5.000 and 3 hours of jail time (100% UN)
• Kick-kill ➔ $10.000 and 3 hours of jail
• Use of anti-afk machine ➔ Kick + clear of ATM + cut of the machine
• Claim a country without building your own / Illegal claims ➔ 48 Hours to regularize, if not regularized after 48 hours, $10,000 of which 20% goes to the Player and they will be forcefully regularized.
• Griefing the Wilderness  ➔ 30 min jail time + $5,000 UN.
• Bunker in Wilderness ➔ Warning and 48hrs for regulation before the cut of bk + forbidden to assault during regulation
• Anti-game ➔ Sanction decided only by the Administrators
• Illegal trap ➔ reimbursement of the stuff in case of death and removal of trap, fine of $10,000.
• Claim in combat (using /f claim command to interfere with a PvP) ➔ $10,000 and 3 hours jail (if kill reimbursement of the stuff)
• Exceeding nether portal limit (1 per assault) ➔ $5,000 per portal
• Treason with explosive/fire ➔ $20.000 and rollback from the country. The penalty can be increased depending on the damage.
• Back safezone ➔ 10.000 $ + reimbursement of the stuff
• Interfering in an assault ➔ $5.000 + reimbursement of the stuff
• No Stuff in Warzone ➔ 1 hour of Jail + $5,000 ( A No-Stuff = 1 Player who does not have a single protective item equipped, by this we mean either a helmet, chestplate, pants, or boots, all of which will be given to The UN 100%).
• Disband his country during an assault and then recreate it ➔ $15.000 + 3 hours of jail (the totality of the amount will be given to the UN 100%).
• Disband his country while you have active wars and then recreates it ( An assault less than 2 weeks ago) ➔ $15.000 + 3h of jail. If Kill $20,000 + Reimbursement of the victims' stuff + 3h of jail + Addition of the already existing Wars.
• Kick in assault/fight ➔ 1 hour of Jail + $10,000
  
• Dropping items at the Spawn ➔ 15 minutes of Jail
  
• Use of Parachute in Warzone ➔ 2 hours of Jail + $10,000 (All UN)
  
• Joining a country for an assault and leaving it less than 24 hours after the end of the assault, getting kicked out of the country also in very special cases to bypass the 24 hours can be seen at this penalty. ➔ 2 hours of jails + $10,000
  
• Launch an assault and do not go into enemy claims during the assault ➔ 2 hours of jails + $15.000 ( Decided Only by the OPs)
  
• Creates a country and sells it in less than 7 days ➔ $10.000 (100% UN)
  
• Anti-missile ➔ $15.000 + cut + reimbursement of the missile if a missile was shot
  
• Deco warzone ➔ $20,000 + 3 hours jail time
  
• Map drop to Spawn ➔ 1 hour of Jail
  
• WTO scam ➔ refund of the stuff/money the person scammed + WTO ban 
  
• Sign scam ➔ 3 hours of jail + full refund of the scammed amount
  
• Kill after the assault ( player gets killed right after the end of the assault when he is not in combat anymore and runs away) ➔ $20.000 to the victim + total refund of the stuff + 3h jail 

Underpowered country for war request ➔ After 48h of the Moderator's verdict the war will be accepted by the OPs.

* Illegal assault reminder: an enemy player, penetrating the claims, not respecting the assault time with the country (unless invisible) in which he is. If he is invisible but gets killed or if the potion ends and he is seen, a complaint can be made.

Consequence of Not Paying a Complaint:

If you do not pay the fine (= the amount), you will be subject to a 50% surcharge on your complaint. If you had an obligation to pay $10,000 of which $5,000 was for a player & $5,000 for the UN, you will pay $5,000 to the player & $10,000 to the UN.

At the judgment of the staff, any behavior that is not described here but would be punishable will be. Use your good judgment!

These are the basic penalties and are for demonstration purposes, in case of repetition, the value of the fines or the duration of the sanctions will be increased. Also, the staff reserves the right to adjust the sanctions on a case-by-case basis, depending on the seriousness of the infraction.
